Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept return or exchange of the product unless the item received by you is damaged or wrong (colour/Product) caused during transit. WE CHECK TWICE BEFORE WE DISPATCH.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY TO CLAIM REURN OR EXCHANGE

On receiving the damaged product or a different product than the one you ordered you can mail us to emblish.cbe@gmail.com a photo of the product along with the order-id with the unboxing video

Return or Exchange of damaged product will be accepted only if the photo of the same is mailed to us within 24 hours of receiving the same. Else the return or exchange will not be accepted.

The concerned person is expected to return back the damaged product through any courier service as per convenience. Once after we receive them we will replace the product else refund the amount if that particular product is not available.

Shipping charges for the returned item will be refunded .

Refunds

In case of damaged /defective products refund will be processed through the same mode of payment within 2-8 working days.

In the event of order not getting confirmed but the shipping charge got deducted from your account, don't worry it will be refunded within 7-8 business days to your account.
